Welcome to our website!  We proudly serve the communities of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Guadalupe, Halcyon and Oceano.

Established July 9, 2010 by a Joint Powers Agreement between the Cities of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach and Oceano Community Services District, the Five Cities Fire Authority is committed to serve the citizens of each community by protecting their lives, property and environment. In addition, to protecting our member communities, Five Cities Fire Authority also provides services to the Town of Halcyon and the Oceano Dunes State Vehicle Recreation Area. Our department provides a variety of services including fire suppression, rescue, emergency medical, prevention, community outreach/education and emergency preparedness.

Mission

“The Mission of the Five Cities Fire Authority is to provide the highest level of service possible by mitigating threats to life, property and the environment while meeting the growing needs of our communities.”

The City of Guadalupe Fire Department is also part of IAFF Local 4403,

Guadalupe Fire Department is an all risk combination department consisting of full-time Fire Captains and Engineers and Paid-Call Firefighters. The Guadalupe Fire Department offers 24-hour coverage 365 days a year.

Mission Statement – The Guadalupe Fire Department is committed to protecting, caring and enhancing the lives, the property and the environment to the citizens and visitors in our community. We accomplish this mission through the dedicated services of emergency mitigation, fire prevention, community outreach and public education.
