Annual Golf Tournament

by Shannon Meloy | Feb 27, 2021
We would like to thank all of our sponsors and players at our annual golf tournament last year. We raised over $12,000.00 for the MUSC Burn Center and it was our biggest year to date. This year we will be raising money for Tunnel to Towers which is a non profit organization that helps disabled veterans and first responders. This year marks the 20th year from the terrible attacks on the World Trade Center. We felt this is a way for us to give back to the families that have lost loved ones and families that are still going through the aftermath from it.
This year's golf tournament will be held at Oak Point Golf Course which is part of the Kiawah Island Golf Resort on Friday September 17, 2021. If you or your company would like to be a sponsor please email Secretary Mr. Shannon Meloy at smeloy3883@gmail.com or if you would just to come out to play golf please email Dan Meyer at dmeyer3883@gmail.com. The cost per player is $100.00 or a team of 4 will be $360.00. It will be a captains choice scramble. We will have a mulligan package to purchase at the course as well as raffle and 50/50 tickets. The raffle and 50/50 tickets are cash only. We will be accepting credit cards again this year or you may pay online.
We will have SHOTGUN START at 9AM. There will be a BBQ after the tournament along with non-alcoholic beverages on the course provided by us. The maximum teams that we can have this year is 30 teams.

Helping MUSC Burn Center

by Shannon Meloy | Feb 27, 2021
The golf tournament that was held on October 16, 2020 raised a total of $12,584.25 for the Medical University of South Carolina new burn center. With that money, the center can purchase much needed equipment to help not just firefighters but our community as well. A big thank you goes out to all of the players and sponsors who graciously gave to help make this happen.
